This was delicious! We made it for Kaley's birthday cake and it was great- thanks Melynda. I think it would be perfect for a Relief Society get together.
ReplyDeleteNote: When I mixed all the Cool Whip, sour cream, cream cheese, etc- there were little bits of cream cheese that didn't mix completely- so it was a little bumpy. Next time I would bring the cream cheese to room temperature so it would mix in smoothly.
I just made this tonightfor company and everyone loved it. I used the 1/3 neuftatel cream cheese. It is not as heavy as the regular cream cheese and mixed up smooth. Yum! This recipe reminds me of fhe when i was a kid. I would always eat too much and get a stomach ache. :)
